Congaree River Community Development Corporation (CRCDC) is dedicated to improving the quality of life for individuals and families throughout rural Lower Richland, including Hopkins, Gadsden, Eastover, and surrounding unincorporated communities. Our mission is to strengthen communities by expanding access to education, workforce development, violence prevention, family support services, senior assistance programs, and resources that promote long term stability and well being.
